As the Director of Content & Strategy at Blender Networks, I led content, branding, and editorial strategy for a portfolio of shopping websites covering fashion, beauty, fitness, travel, home, and pets. Shortly after joining the team, I gave the websites a complete makeover by redesigning the look and feel, defining target personas, developing brand, voice, and style guidelines, updating website copy, and revitalizing blogs with fresh, audience-focused content.
I managed a cross-functional team that included a Website Manager, Social Media Manager, Influencer Marketing Manager, and freelance contributors, led monthly brainstorms and weekly content meetings, and oversaw editorial planning and content production across multiple properties. My work included developing visual assets in Photoshop and Canva, creating sponsored and organic content, managing editorial calendars, and building successful brand partnerships with companies including lululemon, DSW, and Chewy.
