As a Digital Copywriter at an ad agency called Drumroll, I worked with a small team to help our client, Capital One, roll out their new concept of transitioning their bank branches into Capital One Cafés. I brainstormed ideas, created concepts and presented them, then worked with a designer to build creative to complement my words. Our goals were to showcase their personality, build online connections with customers, and invite traffic into the cafés. In the end, we built an extensive library of non-boring, fun content they could confidently share on social media.
